Who Are We?

VBS has it all... administrative assistants, executive secretaries, graphic designers, programmers, web designers, web consultants, and developers. VBS has a pool of contractors working together to meet all the needs of our clients in any way we can. VBS works closely with each contractor, following progress and assuring a top level of professionalism, monitoring deadlines, etc., so that you don't have to.

VBS offers a variety of virtual support to your business. Again, with all the technology at our hands, we are able to assist our clients without having to be on site. Our clients are just as able to pick up the phone and “assign” a task to VBS just like they would an in house employee. This saves a lot of money in many ways. For example, think about having an administrative assistant there in your office. The office is quiet, and all the deadlines have been met, there is nothing left to do. The assistant is then in idle. You are paying for that employee to sit there, with nothing to do. Well, with VBS, you pay only for the time spent working on your particular project. Ongoing support is available at an hourly rate, but again, if we have completed that days work, there is no charge for additional time not used.

There are many other great reasons we can save you money versus hiring someone on site. VBS is a contractor, not an employee, so there are no employee taxes. With VBS there are no lunch hours, vacation days, sick days, paid holidays, 401K's, or workers' compensation. So you can see, these liabilities as we call them, are non exist for your company.
